To create our puree, we use only 100% Italian tomatoes, whose substantial and resistant pulp keeps all of the aromas and flavours that this land gifts to its fruits intact.
How to use: our thick tomato puree is perfect for reasonably quick and fresh recipes, so as to keep the organoleptic properties of the tomato intact. The Valgrì puree is ideal for pasta sauces with different types of Pasta.
How to store: Once open store in the refrigerator for max 2-3 days.
