{"id":5846,"date":"2019-06-28T14:47:09","date_gmt":"2019-06-28T12:47:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.valgri.it\/ricette\/ciambellone-salato-con-asparagi-pisellini-e-fagiolini-verdi\/"},"modified":"2019-10-04T13:01:02","modified_gmt":"2019-10-04T11:01:02","slug":"savoury-ring-cake-with-asparagus-fine-peas-and-green-beans","status":"publish","type":"recipies","link":"https:\/\/www.valgri.it\/en\/recipies\/savoury-ring-cake-with-asparagus-fine-peas-and-green-beans\/","title":{"rendered":"Savoury Ring cake with asparagus, Fine Peas and Green Beans"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS FOR A RING CAKE TIN DIAMETER 24 CM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 eggs<\/li><li>60 g oil<\/li><li>200 g organic oat milk<\/li><li>250 g organic spelt flour<\/li><li>1 sachet of yeast for savoury cakes<\/li><li>1 tsp salt (not full!)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FOR THE FILLING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00bd red onion<\/li><li>1 handful of asparagus<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.valgri.it\/en\/jarred-green-beans-340gx12\/\"><strong>100 g boiled Valgr\u00ec green beans<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.valgri.it\/en\/tinned-chickpeas-400gx24\/\"><strong>100 g boiled Valgr\u00ec fine peas<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li>2 tbsp grated pecorino cheese<\/li><li>2 tbsp grated parmesan<\/li><li>Salt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take the most fair and hard part off the\nasparagus, wash it, cut off the heads and cut the rest into rounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Crush the onion and fry it in a frying pan\nwith a little oil, add the asparagus and heads and cook on a medium\/low heat\nfor about 15 minutes; lightly season and add the fine peas and green beans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a bowl mix the egg, oat milk and oil and\nmix with a whisk, add the sieved flour and yeast and the salt.
