{"id":5813,"date":"2019-06-28T14:51:04","date_gmt":"2019-06-28T12:51:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.valgri.it\/ricette\/pennoni-baccala-e-pomodorini-gialli-campani\/"},"modified":"2019-10-04T13:01:00","modified_gmt":"2019-10-04T11:01:00","slug":"large-penne-with-baccala-and-yellow-cherry-tomatoes-from-campania","status":"publish","type":"recipies","link":"https:\/\/www.valgri.it\/en\/recipies\/large-penne-with-baccala-and-yellow-cherry-tomatoes-from-campania\/","title":{"rendered":"Large Penne with baccal\u00e0 and Yellow Cherry Tomatoes from Campania"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>350 g large penne pasta<\/li><li>2 cloves of garlic<\/li><li>250 g baccal\u00e0 fillet<\/li><li>1 tin of Valgr\u00ec yellow cherry tomatoes\nfrom Campania<\/li><li>1 handful of taggiasche olives<\/li><li>extra virgin olive oil<\/li><li>chilli oil (or chilli)<\/li><li>dry white wine<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a frying pan fry one clove of garlic then\nadd the Yellow Cherry Tomatoes from Campania and toss them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In another frying pan fry the other clove\nof garlic, add the baccal\u00e0 fillet cut into pieces and toss it for a few moments then deglaze\nwith some wine and wait until it evaporates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour the baccal\u00e0 into the frying pan with the yellow cherry\ntomatoes, add some boiling water, taste and season with salt if needed (depending\non how salty the baccal\u00e0 is).
