{"id":5798,"date":"2019-06-28T14:52:17","date_gmt":"2019-06-28T12:52:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.valgri.it\/ricette\/torta-salata-con-pomodorini-del-piennolo-del-vesuvio-dop-e-spinaci\/"},"modified":"2019-10-04T13:01:00","modified_gmt":"2019-10-04T11:01:00","slug":"savoury-tart-with-vesuvio-piennolo-dop-cherry-tomatoes-and-spinach","status":"publish","type":"recipies","link":"https:\/\/www.valgri.it\/en\/recipies\/savoury-tart-with-vesuvio-piennolo-dop-cherry-tomatoes-and-spinach\/","title":{"rendered":"Savoury Tart with Vesuvio Piennolo DOP Cherry Tomatoes and spinach"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.valgri.it\/en\/vesuvio-piennolo-dop-cherry-tomatoes-in-brine-500gx6\/\"><strong>Vesuvio Piennolo DOP Cherry Tomatoes in brine<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li>150 g spinach<\/li><li>250 g ricotta<\/li><li>1 egg<\/li><li>1 savoury puff pastry tart case<\/li><li>parmesan to taste<\/li><li>oil<\/li><li>garlic<\/li><li>salt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the Piennolo cherry tomatoes in half\n(keep one whole cherry tomato aside to use for decoration) and toss them in a\nfrying pan with oil, garlic and a pinch of salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Separately, boil the spinach, drain it and\nthen add it to the frying pan with the cherry tomatoes until cooked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have a spinach and cherry tomato\nsauce, take it off the heat and pour all of it into a container.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Separately beat one egg and add the\nparmesan; combine this mixture with the sauce and add the ricotta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At this point roll out the pastry on an\noven tray and make holes in it with a fork; pour the filling mixture onto the\npastry and spread it evenly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fold the excess pastry over the mixture by\nmaking small cuts to help with this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brush the surfaces of the folded pastry\nwith egg (any which runs onto the plate is fine).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook in the oven for around 30 minutes at\n200\u00b0 (note: the temperature and the cooking time may vary depending on\nthe pastry used).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once taken out of the oven decorate with\nthe cherry tomato previously put to one side and serve hot.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INGREDIENTS Vesuvio Piennolo DOP Cherry Tomatoes in brine 150 g spinach 250 g ricotta 1 egg 1 savoury puff pastry\u2026<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":20,"featured_media":5357,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-5798","recipies","type-recipies","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","recipies_categories-recipies"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.valgri.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/recipies\/5798","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.valgri.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/recipies"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.valgri.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/recipies"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.valgri.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/20"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/www.valgri.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/recipies\/5798\/revisions"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.valgri.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/5357"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.valgri.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=5798"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
