INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE

  • 500 g washed cabbage
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tin of Valgrì cherry tomatoes in chilli
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • 2 handfuls of taggiasche olives

METHOD

In a casserole dish roast the garlic in the oil, add the cherry tomatoes in chilli and let them cook for a few minutes.

Add the previously cleaned and washed cabbage, cut into pieces, and wait until it “wilts”.

Add the olives, some water, season and cook until it is cooked.

If during the cooking it gets too dry, add some more hot water.
